Rude,not trained
My mom today was at Game store Jabulani mall the cashier there was very rude and disrespectable he's a very young man but he's attitude was disgusting. When my mom told him that she wants to see the Manager but the guy kept on being rude and on top of it he was gossiping about my mom to his colleagues.
