Rudeness

I would like to lay a formal complaint for the manner in which I was treated and was humiliated in front of Game staff. I went to Game and clearly stated that I wanted a washing machine and was given a tumble dryer, I only noticed when I got home.home. In fact, he got annoyed by me as soon as I said I don't want warranty, When I called and spoke to the sales man, he told me that I am a ****, when I told him that I will take the matter further he told me to do whatever I like. I had to use my own transport to the take the tumble dryer back. When the manager tried to get his side of the story Brandon showed no shame and was very rude to me in front of his manager and colleagues. As I was walking away, he was shouted telling all his colleagues that I am a ****.<br> I was given a washing machine and was not charged for delivery, thanks to the manager. I want to know how this rude person was disciplined for not treating a client fairly and for being so disrespectful. <br> I will also be taking this matter to the media and the ombudsman.
