Rude Unhelpfull store manager

I bought items online and needed to return an item. Got to the returns counter and the one lady was OK and helping the other was extremely rude, did not greet, never spoke directly to me - the customer - to inform me of what is going on. She did not want to help at all and showed it in her attitude. I asked the other lady to please call her manager and I was told she (the rude one) is the manager to my utter disgust. A person like that should not be a manager at all. Her name is Desne Rodgers and she works for Game Beacon Bay in East London
