RUDE SUPERVISORS AT GAME JABULANI MALL

Good day

On Tuesday 24th of March 2020 in the afternoon i went to the Game store Jabulani Mall .I bought a few groceries and i decided to buy a soccer ball for my son that was on special with a mark down of R13 and couple of cents,i got to the till the bar code couldn't scan and then i asked the cashier can someone fill the soccer ball with air because it was not filled with air inside so the cashier called one of the supervisors available that time and told him the problems and he shouted us in front of everyone saying he doesn't have time to do such things and he left us there by the till.You need to sort your staff and train them well on customer service........
