Rude supervisor

I visited Game N1 city today and wow did I not meet the rudest apparently acting supervisor (K Poggenpoel) ,the cashier apparently made an error and I understood however she the supervisor didn’t ask any questions just started voiding stuff and was going to give a voucher of almost R3000 as much as I am telling her just wait so that we can understand she keeps on pressing I told her I want my money back so that I can spend it where I want to not a voucher that must just be spend at game - so now I don’t have an issue with processes etc she was so rude to the cashier infront of me also saying Mam we will deal with her afterwards what do you mean deal with the cashier where you need to be dealt with.Poggenpoel then goes to a manager and came back again pressing stuff on the till I then told her please do not continue call the manager she walks away mumbling ‘nou wag Dan as julle nie wil he ek moet help nie’ .Okay so now we wait eventually another supervisor came very helpful trying to help while Miss Poggenpoel is now busy 2 tills away from where I am she mumbles again’nou wil sy kom huil’ so I asked the other lady is she talking about me meanwhile she is talking about the cashier that was helping me because when I looked back the cashier was teary.Now girl if you want to be a supervisor or climb a ladder please learn people skills first being a leader comes naturally not through work experience but dealing with feelings and emotions first the other stuff comes naturally you are a disgrace to the company talking about a cashier like that infront of clients .If I can tell you one thing you will not earn respect from the cashier’s if you feel you are higher than them and treating them like nothing,go and learn basic human decency dan sal jy miskien beter doen .
