rude staff! terrible attitude and showed no interest in providing a service to any one there!!!!

I went to game store in Jabulani mall to purchase a printer and wireless mouse and a couple of other things, and I got the most horrible attitude from one of the stuff there. I ask for assistance and was told there was only one guy who specializes with computers and those kinds of electronics and the guy they pointed me to just walked away (didn't even excuse himself) and said he is going to the toilet. I asked if there was someone else available and they told me I would have to wait for the guy who ran off. when he came back this guy just had the most outrageous attitude when I asked about the comparison with two different kinds of printers I wanted! I was so shocked at the attitude. To cut it short the guy was very rude and didn't even show any interest in helping me and the other people there. he took of his name tag so I only have a description of him and not his name.
