Rude staff member

Travelled from Herm**** to the mall to purchase cell on special on contract . Was not greeted only 5 min after i took a seat myself the staff member with the name shadene Claasen did not even greet me. She rudely asked for the necessary documents where i asked her what documents she needed without looking at my application form told me to go look for a police station to get affidavit for proof of address i asked her if its necessary as i am already a customer just adding a second line to my contract and having a bank statement with the address on,she insisted on the proof of address . I referred to the application form telling her that i am a existing client. When she realized i told her that it could have been avoided had she checked the form. She then got up told me i have a attitude and refused to help me leaving me seated and attended to the next couple staring at me. When i asked her name she gave it saying to write it up and to go look for a manager. Another staff member tried to help me after 30 min of waiting for management to find someone else to help me because she refused to help me. Another staff member Mambo tried to help me asking shadene for assistance as she is the one working the system, she was rude and just walked off. When she returned Mambo gave her my application where she rudely and loudly said what is this! after 5 min i was told my application was declined and i decided to buy cash and to take my business else where next time. Working with customers myself i was verry shocked at the treatment i received and how it was handled.
