Rude staff Game Hochland Park branch 000G043, Windhoek Namibia

Terrible customer service from Game Windhoek southern industry branch, from store supervisor and admin clerk at customer desk on 10/4/2020, regarding return of mobile earphones bought the day before and Box not opened or item used. Very rude, dismissive and unhelpful to me. The supervisor was particularly arrogant and unhelpful. Eventually another lady came and told me what they were wrong and took over and did the refund. It was most stressful and very unpleasant shopping at Game Hochland branch Windhoek, Namibia. I will not be purchasing anything again from Game. It’s a most unhappy shopping experience at Game. Staff from management or sales are either rude, dismissive and managers arrogant, or you can never find them! Furthermore, there’s no fast Till lane for elderly people over 65. You have to stand in the long queue for ages waiting to get to the till to pay. Unlike other stores that do cater for the aged. Don’t waste your time shopping at Game. It’s not worth the stress. There are other stores that sell the same things and have better attitude.
