Rude staff at Game Stores Mahikeng

I went to buy earrings for my mother at Game Mafikeng today (01/02/2020). The lady at the jewellery department was extremely rude. I am not sure of her name but the service we received was appalling. Firstly we had to wait for her for more than 25 minutes to come and attend to us. The jewellery department was left unattended. When she finally came to help she was rude, no greeting,.no courtesy, nothing. She just asked what we want. When we went back to her after paying she was not there, we had to wait for 30 minutes to collect the earrings we paid for. She had to be paged by her co-worker twice. She came back with an attitude. Please train the staff properly.
