Rude Staff

I was at Game Gateway when I was approached for a Game account and I got the best service I didn't want an account but ended up agreeing coz the lady was good. When I had to submit my payslip and ID you guys need to sort out your online thingy coz I kept submitting and kept getting a message that I need to submit my payslip and ID. Fast forward to the 1st of March when I got a call from a guy named Nkosi from this number *** he said that they got my ID now they need my payslip. I was like but how coz i submited both?? Then he was so rude to me he kept talking over me he didn't even gave me a chance to explain so Game please sort out your online submitting thingy and your rude staffs.
