Rude sale man with no name tag

I went to game to inquire about wifi router on special and this guy with dreadlocks and beads on his head and hands was very rude, its likes his being forced to work there. I was asking as to why they need me to have clothing accounts to have a contract with them, I have other things debting my account, vodacom has the same special for wifi router and they dont require me to have clothing account in order to apply for it. I guess Game has enough customers, if not they wouldnt let clothing account to stand on customers way when they apply.

Game employees should all have name tags for us to know who we are dealing with
