RUDE Return Counter STAFF!
I’m very disappointed with the service I received at Game in Vaal Mall. We returned a Pure Pleasure electric blanket that we bought just a month ago because it stopped working. The lady at the return counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of assisting us, she bluntly said it was our fault that it’s not working. No willingness to help, no customer service at all. Very upsetting experience – I expected better from such a big retail.
