RUDE PERSONNEL

Minus 5 stars. Worst experince ever. The staff were extremely rude two male staff members told me to my face that I WILL NOT RETURN FAULTY PRODUCTS because they refuse to test the items to see that it is not working. No customer should ever be treated and humiliated like that, don't know why I am complaining about customer service, since there is no customer service to complain about.
