Rude manger and wrong prices

<p>today i experienced a very bad service from the westgate branch. i struggled 2 hours to get the payment i made on my account to ge the credit to my account. after my groceries was went trough the till i looked at my till slip and discovered that i was over charged by a few items. i asked for the store mgr where i was pointed to a man namely moosa who was sitting at the customer service desk. i explained to him that i was over charged and he directed me to the counter where refunds is done. no sorry or apology. the lady a the desk told my me that she will work out the difference. the differnce was worked out manually and then she could not operate the calculator. after half an hour of struggling i asked her to call the store mgr again she called this man and i told him that they can give my a refund i am not going to stand another hour (ive spended 3 hours now in this store). again he did not even greet apoligse or rectify this problem on the sales floor he just went back to his seat and sit. this man dont have any people s****s. i want to warn game customers to look out for these mistakes when items is ring up at pos. i mean r10 difference on 1 item is a ripp of.</p>
