Rude manager with attitude…

I want to report a manager at Lebowakgomo, the attitude from her and how she treat the customers. I went to the store today buy using PayJustNow as always. I told her she’s too slow because the lady who was assisting me was telling me to do it for her and she came and was complaining that the lady is *********** and she must know it by now and that lady confirmed that she doesn’t understand since it’s not her department. I told the manager that is not the time to be addresss that cashier when she supposed to be helping.

Even the staff are complaining about her attitude. And her words was I should never come to the store and ask for assistance from her since I want things to be done my way. I’ve been waiting for 30minutes now and she went to fetch the confirmation
