Rude manager, bad service Game Riversquare mall

My aunt bought a tv Game riversquare mall a Sinotec 50 inch yesterday Saturday the 19th September 2020 @ around 09h58 when she got home around 12h00 the tv had a vertical line on the right side of the screen. When she returned it the manager Blanche Botha refused to assist saying once the goods leave the store it is no longer the stores responsibility, I'm a suprised by this as the slip says one can return goods when not happy. This morning I accompanied my aunt to the store to complain and she stood her ground that my aunt is at fault and that she can't assist, she walked away while we were still taking and was very rude. After some shouting she then said we can leave the tv set and it will be taken for technical assessment and only upon report of that assessment can she assist, now I'm suprised that there's assessment done on an appliance that was bought withing 2 hours. I'm disappointed in her service she is rude, disrespectful and disregarding of her customers.
