Rude manager and false advert

My husband and I have a store account so we bought a fridge that was on promotion which was supposed to have come with a microwave on the 30th August 2017 we were told the microwave is out of stock and will be called to come fetch it in 15days, since then we received no call, numerous times we have called the store and also went there but we were told its still out of stock, on the 02February 2018 i called and requested they credit us back or give us anything for the value of the microwave we were then told to come in store and they will give us, today the 25th February we were in store and the sales person couldnt even assist us, he called his manager "Israel" who was of no help, who raised his voice at us as if he is talking to a 2years old baby and we were told the person who needs to sign this off is not in so we must leave and we will be called in, we explained that we are now residing at Lenasia south and cant afford to come back then he just walked away from us and left us hanging.. I am really in shock that a store manager would fail to sign of a mere microwave and allow us to leave in peace
