Further to the query I sent through earlier, which is yet to be responded, I spoke to Lopis who said they cannot have the phone couriered as Game Cresta were on the wrong. Game, please stop passing the buck and get the phone to the owner as I do not understand why do I have inconvenienced any further for your short comings.<br> <br> Whilst you at it, Lopis needs customer service or is this what your managers prides in such a ****y service???
