Rude *********** Switchboard operator/receptionist

I called on Saturday after past 12 at Game Alberton to make a follow-up regarding my delivery. The switchboard operator/Receptionist is very rude and *********** no customer's service whatsoever. She picked up the phone and keeps quiet then hangs up... I called several times until she would just pick up and hangup... Here I am at the other end frustrated wanting to know about my order as I have been waiting since morning. I guess she doesn't know the importance of being in that position.... In that case. Kindly CANCEL MY ORDER REFUND ME BACK MY MONEY. THERE are lots of stores out there where I can get pretty much the same deal. Do not bother to deliver your service is horrible.
