Rude *********** Staff

It is no secret Game and their group, Massmart are hemorrhaging money and hit even harder due to Covid Lockdown. And after Dion Wired (now history) Game is one of its worst performers in the group. You would think when they were allowed to open they would offer a welcoming service with open arms. The staff are so rude, arrogant and clueless on pricing and product knowledge that I left my full trolley at the till and walked out. Went to another store. Massmart is quick to blame the economy and every other factor without addressing the other critical factor to keeping the business afloat, they need feet in the door and customers to buy. I will never go back. And the day I was there, there were hardly any shoppers - and I cannot but think is it due to Covid or more and more people feel like me where Game think they doing you a favour serving you.
