Rude Delivery People

I am very dissapointed at the delivery company that Game uses. I as just on a call with one of the drivers who delivers on behalf of game and I am truly annoyed. Firstly when I bought my Fridge at the Mall of Africa on Saturday , I was told that the delivery would be made between Monday or Tuesday, so I made plans for the weekend. While at the shops the driver says he is on his way, I tell him that I was told he would be coming later in the day during the week. The reason I am annoyed is because the driver is very rude and he spoke to me like I am not a paying client . Firstly I have a job, I am not going to sit around at the house waiting for a delivery so I do not understand why he has to be rude at the fact that I can only get the delivery after 3. I suggest Game gets a new delivery company which actually has employees that wish to work because I will not take such behavior when I paid for a service and not be be addressed like a toddler
