RUDE CANAL WALK MANAGER

i recently went to Game Canal walk to have a price beat on Nappies,

What a ********** experience that was.

Walked into the shop happy, told the cashier i would like a price beat on the nappies, for which she was more than happy to assist with, the assistant didnt seem to eager to get up when the cashier requested her assistance with the price beat but eventually did get up from her cosy seat opposite the tills,

She said to me the price cant be beaten because they dont beat prices on shops that has reward cards ( in this case Shoprite) i asked her to show me the policy that states this, she advised she will go get a manager for me, i had no problem with that, i chatted to the lovely cashier as i waited for Said manager to arrived, when he did he told me the same story about the loyalty card, to which i again asked to see the policy that states this, he asked me to give him a minute while he looked it up, i still had no issue with waiting,

after about 10 minutes ( could be less) he calls me into the office to show me the "policy", nowhere on this does it mention loyalty programs are excluded, and as i read this out to him he got more and more visably annoyed with me trying to explain to him that HIS policy does not show this at all, he got so rude and dismissive constantly talking over me, not giving me a chance to speak where i had to REPEATEDLY ask him to give me a chance to speak, at one point me blatantly telling him to keep quiet so i can speak, Quinton Jafta just got ruder and louder speaking even more over me until i asked for manager, he then called a manager, Mr Isaacs, The manager walked in and i immediately told him about Quinton's rude manners, before we even deal with the price beta, he asked me to step outside with him so that we can talk, i explained to him what had just happened ( i was shaking with anger) he calmly spoke to me, said it would be addressed and apologized on Quinton's behalf ( which means nothing to me)

Further more Mr Isaacs handled my request professionally and made efforts to find out the correct procedure and made contact with me the following day,

Never will i allow a man to be so disrespectful to me or dismissive, quinton surely thought i can be intemidated, but he does not know me at all, i will not tolerate such disrespect from anyone! The rudest "manager" i have yet to encounter, SIES
