Rude / bad customer service

Walked in to game to collect 7 sinotec 32 inch TV s that I had paid for in richards bay I was sent to the information counter to get a delivery not while I was waiting for the delivery note a guy but the name of Neville chetty came to the counter he spoke to the lady that was assisting me a call came in and the caller wanted to speak to the lady the guy responded by saying the lady was busy with a stranger being rude and referring to me as a stranger and not as a customer he then mumbled that he suspected that the purchase I had made was fruadulant this is no manner to treat customers
