Rude and Unhelpful Staff especially the Top manager Game @ Carnival mall

<p>I Boyght a 1 Tb external hardrive from Game Carnival Mall end of August (Lenova) i did not even had it three monts and it mail functioned all my crucial college studentds learning material was on the hard drive,My wife took it back for exchange where by the floor manager said they cant do that and need to send it away within 21 days ,i called them to speak to the manager he told me to speak to his manager ,was this man even more rude and said thats how it work where by i told him that the consumer act stipulates that my money should be refundable or a new product should be given ,he said thats not how they work i even told him i will call helo peter in which he rep**** do what you want </p> <p>i think this is very unfair as i paid a lot of money and lost all my material </p>
