Rude and poor customer care

I purchased a Bissel vacuum cleaner at Game Ermelo in April 2015. The tevo salesman, was very convincing and said that if we have problems within 12 mnths, it will be exchanged for a new one. In November the machine stopped working. We could only take it back on the 16/01/15 as we live 120km away. The people from Tevo and Customer service at the store refused to exchange the machine and said the machine has a repair guarantee and they cannot replace it....but this is not what was said when I was being convinced to buy the machine. We tried to explain that we live 120km away from the store and it was too costly to go back and forth but our words just fell on deaf ears. The most disappointing part was the manner in which the staff spoke to us. The customer care staff was extremely rude and said it cant be exchanged as we will keep on coming back to exchange and get a new vacuum. I have never felt so dehumanised before. It was made out like we were trying to cheat game. The manager Mr Sabelo Zwane did not do anything to resolve the matter and we left the vacuum in store and left. Needless to say I will never purchase another appliance at game!
