Rude and Arrogant

i misplaced my gift card , i went to game in louis trichardt to get a replacement and spoke t6o Eunice she asked me for proof and I gave her the slips of all the cards that were bought on that day. she took and said she will call after checking on the system for the ones have been used. She called on wednesday 2015-11-11 to say she found 2 that have not been used. i must find out the other card that has not been used and i did find it. i went back to Game to give them the copy of the other 1 that has not been used but gave me attitude and was very arrogant and seemed as if she didnt want to assist. After I gave her the copy of the card that was not used we must put the contact details of the onwer of the card so that she can be sure. but through out the conversation she was not friendly at all. She seemed irritated and uninterested in assisting me as she keeps on asking me same questions about the card while i told her the story on Monday 2015-11-09.
