******* Service from RCS and their Partner Game Stores

I held for over 2 hours on the line for them. I called the *** number and the 0861 number and tried all options to go through. Still no answer. All I wanted was a statement e-mailed to me urgently.

I want nothing to do with them and any store associated with them. I called Game Stores to complain about them and they said there is nothing they can do. I must send an e-mail to RCS. Anyone linked to RCS I am totally done with.
