******* Service from Carmel in Greenacres Game Store

I bought a Luggage 3 piece from Game Stores at their Bloemfontein branch for 2500 and within less than 5 days the zip came off. I went to the Game store in Greenacres, Port Elizabeth to exchange the item as I had left the the other 2 pieces of the Travelwize suitcase back in Bloemfontein. I was approached by a middle aged colored women who was apparently in charge of the luggage that exchanged the suitcase for me and upon looking at it, I realized that it was damaged and had scratches. This lady goes by the name of Carmelo. I had told her that I'm not satisfied with the product she had given me as an exchange and proceeded to walk out with the damaged suitcase. I went back again the following day (today) demanding a refund and she told shouted at me in front of customers telling me that she had exchanged it and she cannot transfer the product from another store. I'm very disappointed at the service I received from Game and I'm willing to escalate the matter further in order to get my money or a brand new set which is in perfect condition. The standard at Game store in Greenacres is no longer what it used to be and its saddening that customers have to fight tooth and nail just to get products that are in good shape for their money. Horrific service and a useless floor Manager as well. Train your staff Game store Greenacres and do better!!
