Dear Game Trade Route Mall.. I made I purchase of R13 000 and to receive service this bad is just unacceptable. I have not received my appliances that I purchased and when I call and speak to a lady by the name of Julian or Julie this lady is so rude does not have time to listen or understand what I'm asking for which is simply to transfer me to the appliances section and she just doesn't do that instead transfers me to the TV section WOW.
