RSC Game - The Worst

I am so disgusted by the level of service i have received from Game RSC. I was Retrenched in November and requested assistance with my account payments in February - to date, i have emailed all my documents twice each month, spoken to numerous call centre agents, Customer Service agents and nothing has been resolved. They keep trying to take money out of my account and i have none! I got a call now from an agent and she put the phone down while i was speaking!!! Explaining my sistuation and why its frustrating.

I need someone to call me back and assist me with the way forward - its been 4 months and no help.
