Rotten service

I purchased a Samsung 14kg twin tub washing machine the machine started leaking went back to Game in Garden Route mall call was logged but no one came out went back again another gentleman helped and called Samsung again said they couldn't reach me i was shocked by that lie. My husband called Samsung he asked how can u have 2 numbers and have both numbers wrong Samsung advised my husband must call PJ Appliance in George for someone to come and have a look he advised it's not his work to do that the mere fact that we have to call behind Game and Samsung is the poorest service ever how can u treat customers so badly.
