Rotten *********** staff

Received horrible service from Game at gateway shopping mall. Went in on 27 November 2021 to purchase a a washing machine. The rude lady at the department enquired i about the machine had a phone to her ear and acted like she was on a call for over 10 minutes. It was clear she was not on a call as i was watching her for over 10 minutes. Finally i asked her if she could help me wtih the washing machine request to which she didnt even ask me which machine im interested in and just told me its sold out. I pointed out to her that she cannot tell me its sold out as she dont know which machine im speaking about. She just tells me that you have come for the one thats on sale and still says it sold out all the while the manager for her department is sitting there and not telling her anything about her being so rude to a customer he also acted like he was on the phone. I met another sales person that just came into the department and he was willing to assist. After showing him the machine im interested in he also says it sold out. After me mentioning the consumer protection act and that they are using bait marketing the salesmen tells me that managment only issues 250 units to the store and all has gotten sold out online on the 1st day few hours into sale. I clearly pointed out to him that this unacceptable and he should have sufficient stock of and advertised item to carry him through the whole 4 days of the sale unless it stated on the add that they only have 250 units to sell. He still refused to give me the machine until i asked for him to get the store manager and not the dept manager. Finally he decides to do the sale and says i will have to wait for 2 weeks till he has more stock to which i agreed. I made payment Its now almost a month and i have still not received my item. The staff are rude and unhelpful at this store. The management takes no responsibilty for their *********** unhelpful staff . I have been to makro today the 20 December 2021 and it is a store also owned by the Massmart group and they have the same machine on special and have sufficient stock. This is the same makro store that was completely looted and burnt during the july unrest and was closed up until their relaunch on the 13th December 2021. So how is it that they have stock but game gateway did not have stock a 15 days back . The sales man at game starts to blame Samsung industries that they cannot supply.
