Went to purchase tablets that were advertised 2 for the price of 1. Got to the store before it opened. Was among the first 5 people who entered the store. I went directly to the electronics department upstairs. There I was told by a sales person that they do not know of the promotion. I showed him the promotion using my cell phone. He took my phone to show the managers. Whilst waiting a large queue formed. When he got back to confirm the sale, he and his colleague told me to pay for it by going to a till point downstairs. At this till I was told to go back upstairs to pay. I had to then rejoin the large queue as nobody was willing to assist me. There I saw the manager Pravin Jagaroo. I asked him about the queue/payment point to find out what was happening. He cynically said, \how many of these tablets have you bought so far?". Even though I was among the first people in the store I had not been able to purchase anything whilst many others were happily buying theirs. He again insulted me and said \""it is not making sense what you saying\"""
