Went to Eastgate Mall Game Retail Store to buy the DSTV decoder that includes the installation on "Black Friday" which the lady who was standing by the section selling the decoder gave the wrong information telling me the Technician will come and install everything including the Smart LNB for the Explora which I did explain I have the Explora but need extra decoder for extra view buying the HD decoder that comes with free installation and Smart LNB when the technicians came for the installation they didn't bring the smart LNB had to swap my new decor that I bought Friday for them for Smart LNB since I was misinformed now i don't have the new decoder still using my old decoder that I had for years. Lost the new decoder for Smart LNB
Had to call her several time to get explanation because the Technicians are not agreeing with what she told me on Friday so paid R580 for nothing. So disappointed because I was misinformed.

27 Nov 2018, 08:33The technicians did not do a job well done!!We still had to call him to come back because the extra view room is not working. We did pay them the money for that extra view.
they need to come and finish this whole thing.
Not happy with the whole experience.
