Ridiculous online order service
Why is it that it seems like there's no urgency to assist me, my order was placed on 10th of July and I had to find out on my own that the store does not have stock and now I must try and find a solution by nagging Games staff and this to no avail. They took my money immediately from my bank account and now say if I cancel due to their incompetence then I must wait 7 to 12 days to be refunded!!
