Ridiculous!!! Game Southgate

I bought a stove with an oven and a hob in Southgate this month and was told to collect from their warehouse in Alberton. I feel it was not fair because I was only told after I made the payment. Went back again to ask that they bring the stove to Southgate branch rather. Still am told to collect from their warehouse because their deliveries take like 3 months. Despite the poor service I got from the store, thought they would consider my request. I would rather get a full refund for my purchase and buy from another store where I will get a better service as I feel inconvenienced by Game Southgate.
