Ridiculous Game.

Game Kimberley are not being very helpful at all,bought a Ryobi Generator,one of two from them.Both gave problems.the smaller one was only functional for one two hour stint.Then failed to start again Returned it on the third day.Was told it needed a service,and paid to have it serviced.The larger one which is a little bit older by 3 or 4 months,starts but fails to produce any electricity.Has been in since Sept 2023 .First was told we had to pay R2800.for repairs,and after speaking to Bianca of the repairer /supplier it was decided to repair it no charge,.Today am told maybe January.Totally unacceptable .Next stop will be the Ombudsman.
