RIDICULOUS customer service

I received a promo code and used it to buy birthday presents. As the promo did not cover the full price of the order, part was paid in cash. One item ended up being out of stock and I was refunded. The problem is the order was for R399, the promo app**** R250 and the balance paid in cash was R149. Game decided to only cash refund me R74.31 although I paid R149 out of my own pocket. After a lot of e-mail back and forth I finally received the balance in an "online only promo code". Now that I want to use the new promo code, I am getting another error. The Promo code is for R124,70 and I want to buy something for less, but the website is forcing me to spend more i.e. R125.

I don't feel this is right as I just wanted to be refunded the cash amount I paid. Very frustrating. I would not suggest buying online from Game, even worse in-store as customer service. RIDICULOUS!!
