Ridiculous and pathetic service

I bought a 55 QLED Samsung TV at Game which didn't come with any cable nor a remote. I called the shop and the sales assistant had the nerve to tell me he's gonna call me after thirty minutes if he gets time ,as if he's doing me a favour. I told him that I was taking it home to Newcastle in KZN when I bought it at The Glen (Gauteng) now he has the nerve to tell me to come back and take the cable and remote ,upon telling him I'm currently in KZN he had the audacity to leave me hanging on the line ... Your service is really pathetic.
