Review the parcel counter trolley "process".

Game Jabulani mall should not insist on trolleys being left next to the parcel counter because nobody is taking care of the items. I left my trolley there on Saturday and when I went to collect it, it was gone!!! The guys at the parcel counter couldn't give me answers. Luckily when I looked closely, my parcels were taken out of the trolley and thrown on the floor. Can I kindly advise that you manage trolleys or allow people to go in with their parcels since they are not being looked after.
