Returns policy

Good day <br> <br> I bought a sunbeam glass kettle late last year the kettle gave me problems I called the store to ask as I had lost the POP but still had the box they told me to bring the kettle to check the condition they took the kettle with hassles my problem is that I couldn't't get the kettle as they have refunded me to the lowest price of the item and the current price is more so what I would like from management is to forward me the line in their returns policy where it states that if a customer has lost POP they will be refunded on the lowest price of the item.<br> <br> Thank you<br>
