Returning something you bought online

Game has poor customer service when it comes to returns on online orders. We bought a Bennet read patio brush 360 a month ago it wasn't what we expected or what was portrayed on an online ad. We've been doing up and downs till this day every store says we should return to a specific store when we get to the store we are told that they aren't an online store and we should return it to an online store which is supoosedly closing.

We are really tired of this up and down we need our money because we no longer need it... And the time is passing by
