Return request issue

Game is the worst store to go to for a laptop , I purchased it online and it was extremely faulty , I requested for a return and they refused the return at the store and the associates were so disrespectful to me. Game is just a cheap store run by inexperienced people and they are a ****** ****. I want nothing to do with them and I don’t advise anyone to buy their used electronics. If there was a zero star rating I would give that to them coz they don’t even deserve this one star.
