Return Policy Does Not Work

<p>I have purchased a Gorilla Hosepipe late last year and this month the hosepipe is leaking when being used so it's probably burst somewhere on the hosepipe. The add and box does mention that its very strong nad durable and comes with a 1 year warranty . However I went to the game store to return it and forgot to take the item with me so I bought a new one instead and though i would then go back again another day to return that one which i then did only to find out that they want to instead give me my money back , they want to send it for repairing , It's a burst hosepipe that not suppose to Burst . Why would i want a repaired hosepipe back,I would not want a fixed hosepipe back and then have the same problem again ,All i wanted is my money back since i have purchased another 1 at a bigger size fromt he same store so I have still given them business and all i want is a refund for the 1 that is no longer working. Now besides that fact that i had went to store to get a refund and was denied that ,It costed me time and money to travel there.</p> <p> </p>
