Return of repaired items

So today hubby and I went to pick up our jvc amp And sub we bought in 23 December 2017 from game trade route mall. After bringing the still brand new now “Repaired” amp And sub woofer home we open it and connect it only to find that the sub woofer that was in immaculate condition now has scratches on the face and STILL makes the very same noise it was sent in for. Yet they refuse to replace the amp And sub and we were told that the guarantee only covers repairs not replacements or refunds. Apparently the system has to go back 3 times before we can get the items replaced or get a refund. This we heard from the manager. I am so ****ed I ever spent my money at this store their customer service is pathetic and I would never easily buy from them again. Paying 7000 for a Jvc home theatre system and it is faulty within the first 6 months and having to repair something that was supposed to last a good few years is a problem. So tomorrow the very same sub that comes from repairs will have to go back again. This is totally unacceptable.
