return of my JVC amp and sub woofer 23 June 2018 bought 23/12/17

Worst customer service ever. Being sent from pillar to post. standing at the counter for returns for more then 15-20 minutes because the staff are to busy walking around and walking on eggs on the way back. Incompetency, they cannot even log my issue of both my goods JVC sound system I paid R7000 cash for. the amp shuts itself down when watching DVD and the sub woofer makes a sound as if its loose around the sub itself. they only added the amp and wanted us to take the sub back home. my husband then told them that the sub is faulty hence we brought both and told them in the first place. but it seems they were so preoccupied they didn't hear anything. I hope to God JVCs response to their customers is better then the complete disappointment we received at game. Never again will I make a mistake of buying anything at that store again. terrible customer service completely ***********. For lack of a better word gevrek!
