Return of goods

Good morning

Around the 7th of April 2022 I purchased a bicycle at Alberton city and within that week the chain broken off and we sent back for repairs.

On the 23 April 2022 I sent back the bicycle because the chain broke again and it was replaced by a new one and the chain broke again.

Today when I returned the bicycle again I was told it needs to booked for repairs. I refused because I have been having the same problems with this product.

I requested to be refunded at the store but they refused to do so. Therefore I left the bicycle at the store because I just need my money back.

I have spent more money and time on the referred product going back and forth to your store.

Kindly assist in this regard and noting that should you be unable to resolve this matter, unfortunately I will have to refer the matter to the ombudsman.

I can not be abused for wanting the right product, please refund my money. On the 3rd and 8th of April 2022 I emailed the above communication to them but still no answer to this day.
