Return malfunction grinder

I went to EastGate Mall store Game on Saturday 16th April to buy a small grinder to use it immediately.<br> When i get home i put the metal plate on it , try to use it. when i put it on it works but it does not have power at all . I know that the power of a grinders is measured by watts . When i went to Gate to tell them . The lady referred me to Mahumad (store manager). I told him that i bought this grinder 1 hour ago to use it and it does not work and i want to use it today. He said he can take it for repair and i said no because i want to use it today. I said to him if he cannot give me another one then he must refund me. And he said no.<br> <br> That is where i did not understand. How can i buy something to Game in hours time i try to use it , but it does not work. They cannot even test it to see what is the problem. They just jump into conclusion to book it for repair that will take more that two weeks. Unless if i had the grinder for day or more. But just an Hour?<br> <br> I bought most of my stuff from game and 40% of them where faulty. The way the manager helped me, i was not happy about that. Most Game Customers can affort but this will destroy the business. He must not Jugde people.
