Return handled quickly without fuss
<p>I purchased a Sinotec Rechargable Radio on Wednesday, the volume button was faulty out of the box (the box was sealed). </p> <p> </p> <p>On Friday I returned it and got a full refund within 3 minutes. Just wanted to commend the service received</p>
