Good day, Since 2020 and 2021, I bought from Game 3 smart tvs,a freezer, 2 vacuums, pots, a gas tank, carpets,overlocker machine, playstation and a steele swing for my son.

I went to Game Knysna as their was fault with the overlocker and the steele swing, I had no slipa but I gave the lady at the store my husbands bank statement, his bank card number and my contact details, its been 3 weeks now that she would have called me, she was going to get the receipts and call me to bring in the swing and overlocker, until today I had no call from Game Knysna. The goods I bought from Game cost us thousands of rands and this is now the service we get.
